Josephine ‘Fionna’ Lim is a Business & Management Consultant and the founder of Federated Consultants since 2002. She holds an MBA, a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK), and is also a qualified Chartered Marketer (UK).

With extensive knowledge, years of experience, and deep expertise across diverse industries and commercial sectors, Fionna has consistently delivered high standards of consulting services. She is committed to helping both local and overseas clients grow, innovate, and succeed.

Her volunteer efforts span across China, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore, where she has dedicated herself to entrepreneurship, business management, and commerce. For over a decade, she has actively served Chambers of Commerce and Christian NGOs (ICCCS), as well as the LINs（林） in ASEAN and China. Notably, she played an important role in both the World Lin Chamber of Commerce (WLCC) and the Lin Chamber of Commerce Singapore (LCCS)—the first surname-based chambers registered globally and locally in Singapore.

Recognised for her contributions, Fionna currently serves as WLCC Honorary Vice President (2023–2025) and is among the twelve recipients of the WLCC President Award, acknowledging her decade of service to the Chambers.

Her passion lies in paving the way for the LIN（林）to leverage professional and business networks, create change, foster connections, and strengthen collaborations with other business communities. To advance this vision, she co-founded the World of Lim (WOL) with former WLCC Secretary-General Eric Lim SG.
